I Love today's Qpon, how do I buy it?
Click on the "Buy Now" button before the offer expires. Send the deal to your friends through Twitter, Facebook, or e-mail to help us create more and better deals for our community from these exceptional merchants. You will be directed to PayPal to set up your account if you do not already have one, which you will use to pay for your Qpons.
I bought today's Qpon, now what?
You will be sent an email with a voucher to use to redeem the deal, and your credit card account will be charged through PayPal. Print your voucher and present it to the merchant to enjoy your Qpon savings.
Or, if you are truly "hip", you can opt for an MMS Text message-CORRECT TERM? to use for redemption of your Qpon! You will receive your "QR" code on your smart phone. Then, you will just show your smart phone "QR" code to the merchant to redeem your Qpon. How cool is that! No need to print anything out or remember your Qpon. Just be sure to have your smart phone! Please note that once your code is "read" by either you or the merchant, the QR code is no longer valid. So please don't test the code by "reading" it before you use it, or it will be void.

How long does each Qpon Sale Last?
The Qpon special offer is available for purchase for 24 hours after it is posted, followed by a 3-4 day window while quantities last (if limited). Be sure to sign up to get your daily Qpon email.

Can the merchant charge my credit card account?
No. The merchant does not have your credit card information.
Is the Qpon safe for me to use?
Yes. The transaction uses SSL and other industry standard security features to ensure that no one else has access to your credit card information. We use PayPal, the leading source for secure transactions.
What if the merchant does not honor the offer?
We work closely with businesses to make sure they live up to our high standards. On the rare occurrence that something happens and you're not satisfied, we will refund the amount you paid to purchase the Qpon.

Do a minimum number of people have to buy any given Qpon before I can use it?
No. We do not require a minimum number of purchasers for a Qpon. But you will want to make sure you get in on the Qpon discount by buying early because some of our merchants might put a cap on the number of Qpons sold since they will want to make sure you get the very best experience possible.
Do I need to use my Qpon the same day I buy it?
No. A QPon has no expiration date, unless it is a Qpon for an event or show.
Can I buy a Qpon as a gift for someone else?
Yes. We communicate with all the businesses that we work with that Qpons can be gifted, and unless the e-mail notifying you of the Qpon specifically states otherwise, gift away! To have us send them the gift, select the gift option at checkout.
When I gift the Qpon to a friend, will they have access to my credit card account information?
No. The voucher will include a unique QR code. The payment information is secure on a site that no consumer or merchant has access to.
If I don't use the full value of the Qpon in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
Sorry, no. Unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use. Make it a "date", and get the most out of your Qpon experience!
Can I combine my Qpon with other offers or specials?
No ... not unless the Qpon specifically states otherwise.
Can I return a Qpon?

What if the merchant for my Qpon closes down?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your Qpon, we'll make sure you get a coupon for a similar establishment, or your money back if there is no similar business. Just let us know about your situation at customerservice@qponchicago.com.
